We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts
Assist in food preparation or kitchen duties as needed to support team operations
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy periods




Provide guest services that exceed expectations, addressing special requests or concerns promptly

Skills
Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS preferred
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations efficiently
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service periods
Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly desirable
Familiarity with food handling, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is a plus
Upselling skills to promote menu items effectively and enhance guest satisfaction
