Customer Care Associate — The UPS Store Terwillegar

Are you a people-person who thrives in a rapid-paced, customer-focused environment? Our UPS Store location in Edmonton is looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Care Associate to join our team.

What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services
Process shipments via UPS and DHL, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
Operate printing, copying, and binding equipment for customer print jobs
Handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate cash/till records
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
Resolve customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Support light administrative tasks (faxing, mailbox rentals, UPS claims, etc.)

What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable multitasking in a busy retail setting
Basic computer skills (email, POS systems, Microsoft Office an asset)
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Taking initiative, going beyond what is required





Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail, customer service, or shipping experience an asset
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and basic office software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be available to work weekdays and Saturdays
