About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, fashion-forward, and experienced Luxury Lingerie & Fashion Buyer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for luxury lingerie, designer fashion, and emerging trends. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of premium brands, exceptional buying instincts, and the ability to curate collections that reflect our customers' expectations for quality, style, and exclusivity.

As our Luxury Lingerie & Fashion Buyer, you will play a key role in sourcing and purchasing designer apparel, luxury lingerie, sleepwear, shapewear, and accessories that align with our brand vision while driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Source and purchase luxury lingerie, designer fashion, sleepwear, shapewear, loungewear, and fashion accessories from premium and emerging brands.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with brand partners, designers, vendors, and suppliers.
Identify emerging fashion trends and customer preferences to create compelling seasonal assortments.
Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and market data to make informed purchasing decisions.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and vendor agreements to maximize profitability.




Plan and manage seasonal buying budgets while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and retail teams to execute successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
Attend industry trade shows, fashion markets, and brand presentations to discover current collections and sourcing opportunities.
Ensure all product selections reflect the company's commitment to luxury, quality, and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of buying experience in luxury fashion, luxury lingerie, premium apparel, or designer retail.
Strong knowledge of luxury lingerie brands, designer fashion labels, fabrics, garment construction, and current fashion trends.
Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and vendor management skills.
Proven ability to analyze sales data and make strategic buying decisions.
Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
