Job description:

Ancora Waterfront Dining and Patio (False Creek location), is currently looking for Line Cooks. The ideal candidate will excel as a team player and will work well under pressure in a agile and rapid paced environment. He or she will have the chance to learn from a Top Chef and work with exceptional seasonal products. You will offer minimum 2 years’ experience as a Line Cook.

In this position, you will:
Ensure consistent food preparation and presentation of the highest caliber

Qualifications:
2 years’ similar or transferable experience
A strong cooking foundation is an asset
Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays
Able to work in a fast paced environment and stay calm under pressure




Possess articulate communication skills required to interact effectively with the team
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Must be honest, trustworthy and reliable
Must have a passion for food and the hospitality industry
