Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated School Age Supervisor to lead our after-school program for school-aged children. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young learners, coordinate activities, and ensure a secure, fun, and enriching environment for children in our care.

Responsibilities
Supervise and engage with school-aged children during after-school hours, promoting positive behavior and social development
Plan, organize, and implement age-appropriate activities that foster learning, creativity, and teamwork
Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and supervising children at all times
Collaborate with staff and parents to support each child's individual needs and developmental goals
Ensure proper documentation of attendance, incident reports, and activity logs
Assist with daily setup and cleanup of activity areas,



ensuring cleanliness and organization
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages children's curiosity, independence, and confidence

Qualifications
Prior experience in teaching or supervising children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
Ability to organize activities that are engaging, educational, and fun
Demonstrated leadership skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
Knowledge of safety procedures related to childcare environments
Must be able to pass background checks including criminal record screening and hold relevant certifications if applicable

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
