Position: Temporary, Full-Time
Dates: September 8–27, 2026, with the possibility of an additional 2 weeks of coverage over the Christmas holidays.

Oakmont Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Temporary Clinic Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a quick-paced setting, and love keeping things organized, we'd love to meet you!

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a welcoming experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our clinic.

Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
Schedule and manage appointments using Jane App
Answer phone calls and emails
Process payments and assist with insurance billing
Maintain accurate patient records
Keep the reception area organized and welcoming
Support our therapists with daily tasks

Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities




Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Previous receptionist, medical office, healthcare, or customer service experience is an asset
Experience with Jane App is an asset
Cantonese speaking is an asset
