Must be able to work on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Must be able to fill, mask and finish cakes quickly and neatly.

Must have clean hand decorating with fresh cream / Butter cream.

Must be able to decorate cup cakes, eclairs, pastries and also pipe cookies.

Must be able to work and decorate with fondant.

Work with less supervision at quick speed.

Duties will include clean up of work area and surroundings.
