Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our dynamic dealership team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our high-end motorcycle inventory, providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance to motorcycle enthusiasts and current riders alike.

Responsibilities
Provide personalized consultations to customers, demonstrating product features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize dealership profitability while satisfying customer needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through H-D sales strategies, upselling additional accessories, services, or premium models.
Support dealership marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and events to attract recent prospects.
Manage customer inquiries via phone and in person with qualified phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions to ensure organized sales management.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the dealership’s reach within local communities and beyond.





Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, or dealership environments, preferably within the motorcycle or automotive industry.
A positive attitude with willingness to work hard
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to manage sales from prospecting while supporting ongoing customer relationships.
Experience with a CRM system, marketing, or sales support roles are considered assets
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently and accurately.
Knowledge of motorcycle models, accessories, and related products is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Ability to work independently in outside environments while maintaining professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.

Pay: $45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
