Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to engage with diverse products, demonstrate technical features, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Bilingual abilities and experience in technology or retail sales are highly valued. The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving sales, managing product displays, and ensuring store organization.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales prospects
Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
Maintain merchandising standards, organize product displays, and ensure shelves are well-stocked
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods




Use phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries and follow-up calls professionally
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
Prior experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technology sales preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and qualified demeanor
Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Knowledge of retail merchandising standards and upselling techniques
Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$21.89 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
