Our client, a corporate boutique law firm in Bermuda, is seeking a senior corporate attorneys to join their growing Corporate / Commercial team.

Senior Corporate Attorney

A minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience working in a corporate/ commercial team.
Duties involve working as part of a team, or on their own, advising and representing clients on a broad range of corporate matters including investment funds/business, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, banking and secured lending, corporate restructuring, digital asset business and general commercial strategy.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to provide supervision and work as a team member with a supportive and diplomatic approach.
Experience advising on investment business/funds, digital asset business or insurance would be preferred, although not essential. Similarly, familiarity with the Bermuda regulatory legislation particularly with investment and digital asset business would be preferred, although not essential if otherwise experienced with corporate finance and or other financial services sectors.




Developing precedent documentation and assistance with knowledge management.
Providing advice and oversight to corporate administrators.
Substantive prior experience working in private practice with corporate teams of attorneys is essential. The successful candidate will also be experienced with proactively managing all the administrative aspects of corporate legal practice with minimal supervision, inclusive of adherence to client deadlines and invoicing practices, as well as the facilitation of marketing deliverables.
Willingness to assist with business development prospects.

Pay: $186,700.00-$193,600.00 per year
