As Head of Platform Engineering, you'll lead the engineering function and command-and-control capabilities across our platforms. This senior role focuses on enhancing reliability and transparency while establishing architecture, standards, and automation practices. You'll collaborate intensively with Infrastructure, Security, and Data teams to create a more resilient tech workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and evolve enterprise control plane architecture
Implement SRE practices and observability standards
Lead change management frameworks and release governance

Standardize developer experience across all platform teams
Requirements:
Senior leadership experience in platform engineering
Expertise in SRE, systems integration, or process automation
