Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning team to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks
Develop and manage shutdown plans for minimal operational impact
Optimize maintenance backlog and asset management data in CMMS
Ensure team-oriented inventory management with Supply Chain
Monitor planning performance and promote continuous improvement
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related
Minimum five years in supervisory roles
More than ten years in maintenance management
Expertise in gold milling processes required
Knowledge of RCM methodologies an asset
