Key Responsibilities:
Oversee compensation governance and initiatives
Develop and present compensation analyses and reports
Manage external consultants and vendors for projects
Facilitate training and improve Compensation processes
Coordinate complex compensation reviews and resolutions
Requirements:
Minimum six years of relevant compensation experience
Expertise in compensation legislation and governance
Proven project management and analytical skills
Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday
Qualified designation such as CEBS or equivalent preferred
Lead the future of compensation practices and support IESO’s workforce strategies.
