In this full-time role, you will lead a energetic team on a 7x7 shift, overseeing all operational aspects. Your responsibilities include performance management, conducting safety meetings, and facilitating job reviews to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician or similar ticket preferred
Minimum 4 years' experience with Caterpillar machinery
Robust communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
