Reporting to the Safety Manager, this role involves direct interaction with project teams to ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid coaching skills, conduct site audits, and implement safety training to uphold a secure working setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate safety meetings and training sessions
Conduct regular inspections and hazard evaluations
Collaborate with project supervisors on safety planning
Participate in incident investigations and documentation
Support compliance efforts, including COR and NSC

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of safety experience in heavy industry
NCSO designation is mandatory
Understanding of health and safety legislation
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean record
