Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide outstanding service to enhance their experience
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, efficiently handling cash, card transactions, and food orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, or snacks as needed
Manage food handling responsibilities safely, adhering to hygiene protocols at all times
Support team members with serving food and beverages during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Requirements




Previous barista experience or food service background is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate cashiering and order processing
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience in the food industry or similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
