Suncor is seeking an experienced Specialist Geoscientist to join our In Situ Development team. This role is available for intermediate or senior candidates with a minimum of 12 years in geoscience and direct SAGD drilling experience. You will be instrumental in pad planning, well execution, and optimizing brownfield operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Support SAGD well planning and operations execution
Act as geoscience liaison for drilling activities
Collaborate with field personnel in office during drilling
Conduct resource evaluations for future projects
Identify geological risks and prospects for teams

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Geology or related field
Eligibility for APEGA P. Geo. registration
Minimum 12 years in oil and gas In Situ development
Experience with Petrel for geoscience modeling
Solid analytical and communication skills
