You will lead health and safety programs and ensure adherence to Ledcor’s safety requirements while monitoring project sites. Your solid communication skills will be instrumental in engaging with workers and management alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adequate supply and condition of safety equipment
Advise on Ledcor's Health and Safety Management System
Perform safety inspections and coordinate audits
Assist in developing and enhancing safety documentation
Support delivery of safety meetings and toolbox talks
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of related experience
Must possess CRSP or equivalent health and safety certification
Proven ability to communicate effectively across teams
Proficient in MS Office suite
Pre-employment drug and alcohol screen required
