Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on client care and health improvement. Applicants should have a solid understanding of medical terminology, excellent customer service skills, and effective communication abilities to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Duties
Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs
Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and confidential client records and treatment notes
Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment
Collaborate with other healthcare specialists when necessary to optimize client care




Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures

Skills
Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
Robust customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere
Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining treatments and listening to client concerns
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in helping clients improve their health and wellness
Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently while providing high-quality care
Mandarin is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $80.00-$120.00 per hour
