Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient care by assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Support residents with medication administration according to prescribed schedules and protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic workplace for residents or clients
Monitor health status, report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or supervisors




Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation

Skills
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or home care environments is highly desirable
Solid patient care skills with a focus on dignity, respect, and compassion
Knowledge of dementia care, disability support, senior care, and hospice practices
Ability to perform caregiving tasks such as meal preparation, medication administration, and light housekeeping
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare teams
Familiarity with health and safety protocols related to caregiving environments
