This role at AgeCare centers around maintaining quality living spaces for seniors. As a Building Maintenance Specialist, you'll execute various aspects of the maintenance program, perform inspections, and oversee building systems. This position demands technical know-how complemented by a dedication to service and care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections of the building components
• Implement Preventative and Corrective maintenance programs
• Maintain detailed records with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
• Oversee emergency repairs after hours
• Manage service contracts and equipment monitoring
Requirements:
• Certification in relevant building trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Strong computer skills including MS Office
• Physical ability for lifting and climbing tasks
• Comfortable handling emergency repair situations
