What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming customers and creating an exceptional first impression.

Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls.

Processing vehicle deposits and customer payments.

Receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.

Maintaining a clean, professional reception area, customer lounge, and coffee station.

Assisting the Sales Department with vehicle inventory administration, including maintaining accurate inventory records and updating vehicle information, pricing, and inventory status in dealership systems.

Supporting inventory merchandising and ensuring vehicles are accurately displayed online.

Learning and utilizing dealership technology and inventory management tools.

Supporting other departments and performing administrative duties as needed.

What It Takes

Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Robust organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and dealership systems.

A positive,



flexible attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
