E.B. Horsman & Son is looking for a Senior IT Administrator specializing in cybersecurity and systems management. Bring your expertise in Fortinet firewalls, VMware, and Microsoft 365 to enhance our network security.

As a full time member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the security and reliability of our IT infrastructure. This position will require your involvement in incident response and participation during after-hours emergencies.

Your challenge will be to streamline operations and mentor junior staff while managing critical IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and secure network infrastructure components
Develop and execute incident response and recovery plans
Oversee VMware, Veeam, and cloud setting administration




Automate IT processes using RMM and scripting tools
Support branch operations and end-user technical needs

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
At least 5 years in IT administration, preferably multi-site
Deep knowledge of Fortinet and enterprise security tools
Solid skills in problem-solving and independent project management
Willingness to engage in after-hours support tasks
