The Resident

This skilled role involves planning, implementing, and reporting on regeneration activities while supervising staff and external contractors. You will also handle budgeting responsibilities exceeding $2 million and contribute to effective silviculture practices at the research forest. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement silviculture operations effectively




Ensure compliance with legal and UBC guidelines
Oversee log quality control and revenue estimates
Assist in preparing and managing the annual budget
Maintain relationships with First Nations and stakeholders Requirements:
