Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive client-centered health care services
Lead the Behaviour Support Resource Team in the long-term care home
Develop care plans addressing responsive behaviors
Facilitate interdisciplinary care conferences with health care teams
Advocate for residents' individual rights and needs
Requirements:
Registered with a Canadian regulatory authority
Minimum one year experience in long-term care
CPR/First Aid certification required
Knowledge of dementia and complex mental health challenges
Flexibility to work various shifts
