You will assess various clients, including those with disabilities and mental health challenges, helping them integrate into the workforce. Your expertise will guide clients through the recovery process, fostering their independence and long-term success. Key Responsibilities:
Assess physical and cognitive abilities of clients
Create personalized job readiness plans
Conduct functional task evaluations
Teach techniques for managing pain and stress
Document client assessments and progress Requirements:
Active registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
Two years of practice as an Occupational Therapist preferred
Solid interpersonal and documentation skills
Driver's License and reliable vehicle may be required
