You’ll engage regularly with solicitors to confirm documentation and order, ensuring a seamless closing process. This critical role in our Third Party Residential Underwriting Division is well-suited for someone with a background in finance or mortgages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Confirm solicitor’s role on mortgagor’s behalf
• Check mortgage advance requests for accuracy




• Send outstanding condition lists to solicitors
• Coordinate with mortgage accounting for fund releases
• Close files and send to accounting department promptly
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education or relevant experience
• Preferred background in the Mortgage industry
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain positive stakeholder relationships
• Experience handling rapid-paced, high-volume work settings
