The Senior Process

Engineer will report to the Head of Process Engineering and lead product yield enhancement.

Responsibilities include process optimization, material design, and support for scale-up production. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise to address manufacturing challenges and drive operational improvements. Key Responsibilities:
Optimize production line processes and monitor critical parameters
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency
Provide in office technical support to QA teams




Oversee technology transfer from lab to mass production
Conduct failure analysis to improve battery performance Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science or Chemical Engineering
3+ years in anode material process engineering
Expertise in synthesis and surface modification
Familiarity with statistical process control methodologies
