You will develop test plans, execute manual and automated tests, and proactively collaborate with stakeholders to maintain the highest quality standards. The role also includes cutting-edge use of Generative AI to enhance testing methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
Own comprehensive quality strategies from test design to UAT
Craft transparent and structured test documentation for sprints
Actively participate in Agile development ceremonies




Develop and enhance automated test suites using ATF
Investigate and report on quality issues and test outcomes Requirements:
3–5 years in QA/Testing, with a focus on ServiceNow
Direct experience in ServiceNow ATF for effective testing
Demonstrated skills in testing ITSM and CSM modules
Exceptional communication to engage with various stakeholders
