HKRAY Global Inc. is seeking an Owner's Representative Consultant to manage mission-critical data center projects in Vancouver and Calgary. This 12-month hybrid role focuses on oversight, governance, and compliance across all phases.

In this key position, you will represent the Owner's interests throughout design, construction, and commissioning. This involves oversight of project governance, accountability of teams, and ensuring adherence to technical requirements. You will manage budgets, schedules, and risks while fostering transparent communication among stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:
