Join Jonas Software as the Finance Director for a newly acquired portfolio company. Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and debt compliance while ensuring integrity and forecasting accuracy.

This standalone role partners closely with the finance team of the acquired entity and the broader CORA Finance organization. You will be responsible for delivering accurate standalone financial statements in compliance with IFRS, managing lender relationships, and securing liquidity needs for the business.

Key Responsibilities: • Own standalone financial reporting in compliance with IFRS • Ensure accurate revenue recognition under IFRS 15 • Deliver variance analysis for stakeholders' decision-making • Prepare periodic reporting packages for lenders • Monitor financial covenant compliance and flag risks early

Requirements: • CPA designation with 5+ years post-qualification experience • Big 4 audit experience focused on public clients • Robust knowledge of IFRS and revenue recognition • Experience with lender relationships preferred • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
