Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the safety and appearance of facilities
Execute preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems




Log and perform repairs on equipment
Respond to emergency situations as they arise
Participate in the on-call rotation to provide timely support

Requirements:
Two years of experience in a building trade
Completion of a building trade apprenticeship preferred
High school diploma or equivalent education
Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence with vehicle access
Competence in Microsoft Office applications
