In this position, as the Project Leader reporting to the Major Projects and Infrastructure Manager, you will lead a team of Project Managers.

Your focus will be on collaborating with external engineering firms and ensuring the successful execution of large-scale projects aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
Define and monitor project directives collaboratively
Inspect investment requests before management submission
Oversee the execution of complex project developments
Drive improvement of project monitoring practices
Effectively recruit, train, and develop your team Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ engineering experience, with 3 years in project leadership
Familiarity with front-end loading principles
PMP certification preferred
