As part of the Community Outreach & Intervention Initiative (COII), you will provide direct mental health treatment to children and youth. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create tailored service plans that address unique challenges faced by clients. Your role will include both in-office and community-based support, ensuring accessibility for those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with families to deliver therapeutic services
• Conduct assessments and follow-up care for clients




• Coordinate with internal and external service providers
• Facilitate treatment groups for families
• Complete necessary documentation in an organized manner
Requirements:
• Post-graduate degree in a mental health discipline
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience
• Skilled college membership
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to various work locations and hours
