Join St. Joseph’s Home Care as a Dietitian, providing exceptional nutritional care in the Hamilton and surrounding regions. This part time position supports clients through their recovery in the Integrated Comprehensive Care Program.
You will evaluate and provide tailored dietary interventions for clients with diverse needs, including mental health and mobility challenges. Your role will involve engaging with healthcare teams, families, and community organizations to create a nurturing care workplace that enhances client health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nutritional assessments focused on client risks
• Educate and guide clients regarding their dietary plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on client care




• Facilitate family and community engagement initiatives
• Implement best practices in nutritional care
Requirements:
• Degree in Food and Nutrition or related field
• Successful completion of a dietitian internship
• Registration with a skilled college required
• 3+ years’ relevant experience preferred
• Experience with vulnerable populations is an asset
