This role involves teaching, student guidance, and administrative coordination. The candidate will foster a positive learning culture, encourage teamwork, and ensure the curriculum aligns with industry needs. Key Responsibilities:
Encourage a positive work and learning workplace
Participate in hiring and orienting faculty and staff
Address student academic issues and provide guidance
Lead the team of Flexible Learning sessional faculty
Liaise with industry to reflect current practices in curriculum Requirements:
Minimum five years in technology or applied engineering
Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology
Experience at a senior management level
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities
