We are looking for a meticulous Auto Body Prepper to prepare vehicles for painting at Guy's B&R; Collision Centre, a family-run establishment for over 45 years. Your main tasks will include sanding surfaces, applying primers, and collaborating closely with our painting team. Successful candidates will thrive on attention to detail and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sand surfaces using specialist tools for a smooth finish
• Apply protective masking for non-painted areas
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning and priming




• Remove any imperfections for optimal paint quality
• Assist with paint mixing as per specifications
Requirements:
• Experience in a similar prep role is a plus
• Understanding of automotive painting techniques
• Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
