Develop detailed designs.
Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections.
Prepare and implement project plans.
Project research and budgeting.
Review government regulations and orders. Monitor and optimize safety, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance processes.
Make recommendations or present alternative solutions to problems.
Confidently communicate with customers and other professional contractors.
Project management tasks.
Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small and large construction projects safely, in a timely manner, and sustainably.
Perform site survey and data analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, accredited by the Institute of Civil Engineers.
Registration/licensing as a professional engineer may be required.
You may need a minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge.
Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk,
AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
Knowledge of mapping software and photographic software. Solid analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high degree of accuracy in calculation and design.
Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team of specialists working on a project.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time.
