Key Responsibilities:
Own Business Unit P&L; performance with operational leaders
Analyze financial metrics and recommend corrective actions
Support strategic decisions regarding investments and pricing




Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
Improve cash conversion and monitor contract cash profiles

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of finance experience in project-based industry
CPA designation or finance-related degree preferred
Proven track record in financial modeling and variance analysis
