Shape the future of lab services at Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, BC as a Pre-Analytics Unit Supervisor. Lead workflow, oversee staff, and enhance safety and quality in the lab. You will report directly to the Lead Technologist, managing supervision and coordination of lab processes while ensuring high-quality standards.

Your role includes supporting the training of team members, participating in recruitment, and continuously improving workflow efficiency. This position also involves close collaboration with the Scheduling Department to keep the operations in check. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and staff workflow in Pre-Analytics
Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are observed




Provide training and support to laboratory staff
Collaborate with scheduling to align staff availability
Engage in performance management and recruitment processes Requirements:
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology with 5 years experience
Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role
Completion of competency assessment registration
Valid BC Driver’s License is essential
Robust knowledge of lab standards and practice regulations Take leadership in ensuring safety and quality at Royal Jubilee Hospital's laboratory.
