Become a valued Painter at Pier 4, leading the way in multifamily property maintenance in Southwestern Ontario. This role focuses on skilled painting and property upkeep across Kitchener, Cambridge, and Guelph.
Pier 4 is expanding its real estate portfolio and seeks an experienced Painter who emphasizes best practices in painting and maintenance. You'll report to the Property Manager, ensuring properties remain comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. We are committed to revitalization and addressing residents’ needs while striving for excellence in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, and sanding
• Apply paint to both interior and exterior surfaces
• Remove old paint and fill holes
• Protect surfaces using primers and other coatings
• Keep work areas neat and manage inventory
Requirements:
• Proven skills in painting and maintenance
• Skilled demeanor and integrity
• Ability to work independently for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and own work vehicle
• Willingness to travel for work and be available on-call
