You will manage multidisciplinary teams and transportation engineering projects while fostering client relationships for superior project outcomes. Your leadership will guide both team development and cutting-edge project approaches. Key Responsibilities:
Manage transportation engineering and multidisciplinary project teams
Develop technical expertise in environmental assessments and designs
Lead preparation of technical reports and studies
Oversee contract documentation and tender estimates
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Requirements:
Degree in civil engineering; licensed in Ontario
Minimum of 15 years related work experience
Proven leadership and business development capabilities
Experience with MTO environmental processes
