Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE is beneficial, but not essential; your analytical skills and can-do attitude are what really matter.
Key Responsibilities:
• Summarize customer needs in the Field Service domain
• Organize workshops and fit-gap sessions with stakeholders
• Conduct needs analysis and draft functional designs




• Perform configuration work using Dynamics 365 CE
• Provide training and support throughout the go-live process
Requirements:
• Experience managing technicians in a field service role
• Analytical mindset to discern complex customer needs
• Team-oriented with a robust desire for ongoing learning
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Previous experience in digitalization projects is a plus
