Apply Manitoba Public Insurance Change Management Methodology effectively
Develop and implement detailed change management strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated communication




Facilitate stakeholder involvement in change initiatives
Coach leaders and teams to ensure readiness for change Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Business, Education, or Social Sciences
Five years of relevant experience in change management
Solid communication and analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office; MS Project is an asset
