As part of a talented team, the Senior EHS Advisor will directly support the EHS Director by supervising EHS Advisors and collaborating with line management.
You will oversee the development of EHS management systems, ensuring continuous improvement while mentoring staff on compliance with the Health, Safety, and Environmental Manual. Your leadership will guide critical safety processes through implementation and auditing of safety programs. Key Responsibilities:
Lead EHS Advisors in safety program development
Conduct safety orientation and training for personnel
Ensure audits, inspections, and safety assessments are completed
Drive risk mitigation and emergency preparedness plans
Analyze incident trends for safety performance Requirements:
CRSP designation or equivalent preferred
Solid knowledge of OHSA regulations
Experience with incident investigations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
