Our Vancouver-based client seeks an Executive Director to spearhead significant civil projects throughout Ontario. This role requires a robust understanding of various infrastructure components, including heavy civil, marine, and structural works. The ideal candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage financial performance and project delivery effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership for large heavy civil projects
• Oversee all project phases from planning to execution
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial risk strategies




• Build and maintain essential stakeholder relationships
• Ensure project compliance with all guidelines and standards
Requirements:
• 15+ years of progressive heavy civil construction experience
• Extensive project management experience on $100M+ projects
• Solid knowledge of civil construction practices
• Effective leadership of diverse teams and stakeholders
• Civil Engineering degree or relevant certification an asset
