Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily living activities including recreation and care
• Develop skills for dignity and independence




• Implement crisis intervention and positive behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with community partners for holistic care
• Ensure health and safety are prioritized
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Social Services or relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferred experience with diverse abilities
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License
• First Aid with CPR and Food Secure Level 1 certifications
