Reporting directly to the Instrumentation & Controls Lead, you will be integral in delivering technical solutions that meet cost, schedule, and contractual requirements. Your experience of over 6 years will guide instrumental design efforts while collaborating on engineering work packages. Proficiency in SmartPlant Instrumentation is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design instrumentation and controls for assorted projects
• Assist with client instrumentation and communication requests




• Create instrument data sheets and wiring diagrams
• Conduct design work for DCS, PLC, SCADA systems
• Participate in HAZOP, PHA, and SIL studies
Requirements:
• 6+ years of instrumentation experience in oil and gas
• APEGA or ASET registration in Alberta is required
• Technical Diploma or relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Expertise with SmartPlant Instrumentation needed
• Previous EPC experience preferred
