This role involves collaborating with Product Owners and Engineers to support customer data initiatives and Agile feature delivery. Hands-on work with Mainframe screens and API integrations will be crucial as you document system requirements and create JIRA user stories. Key Responsibilities:
Translate business needs into technical concepts for stakeholders
Document functional and non-functional system requirements




Create JIRA user stories using Behavior Driven Development
Collaborate to assess impacts on existing systems
Support testing activities by defining test conditions Requirements:
8+ years in Business Systems Analysis or related fields
Experience with Mainframe and API/Postman
Knowledge of Scaled Agile and Behavior Driven Development
