In your role, you will collaborate with the NPI Process Development team in Saanichton, tailoring semiconductor processes to meet pioneering industry standards.

Optimize processes like etching, lapping, and deposition
Execute Design of Experiments for process enhancement




Coordinate and execute fabrication runs for sensor prototypes
Document and standardize operating procedures for processes
Address non-conforming products through effective troubleshooting Requirements:
Minimum five years of industry-related experience
Master’s or PhD in engineering or sciences
Solid background in semiconductor physics
Hands-on innovation and teamwork skills
